All items have a 30 day return policy from our shipping date. After 30 days all products are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please check all items upon receipt. Items damaged in shipping must be reported to the carrier & a claim filed before replacement can be sent. A 10% restocking fee is charged on any non-defective item returned which must is unused/unopened in original packing. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Call before returning any items so that an authorization number can be issued. The package then must be received by us within 10 days after your authorization number is issued. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Opened vitamins, medications and foods are non-returnable.
